For centuries, humans have been asking the universe for answers—in Disney and Pixar’s new film “Elio,” the universe calls back! The original film introduces Elio, an alien with a wild imagination who is accidentally teleported to the Communiverse, an interplanetary organization with representatives from galaxies far, far away. Elio is mistakenly identified as Earth’s ambassador to the rest of the universe and is completely unprepared for the pressure. He must form new bonds with eccentric alien life forms, overcome a series of difficult challenges, and somehow discover who he is truly meant to be.
